This is a light sensitive, motion activated alarm that was installed by Platt Electric (opens new) along the SODO Light Rail corridor bike path. It is supposed to cut down on graffiti but I think it just scares cyclist in the dark. I complained to the branch manager Chris and he said he would bring it to Platts attention
