This guy jumps his turn at a 4-way stop and then has the audacity to flip me off. WA 111-SJZ, Saturn I-5 N-bound exit at Ravenna Blvd. At least he has his eyes on the road. After I took this picture he tried to make an end-round on some traffic by making a right and then going a couple of blocks around a congested area and then pulling back into the only way around the lake. I am sure he feels he is an "advanced commuter" Of course I caught up with the Bad American again.
