This picture was shot yesterday mid-morning in one of Seattle's most
visited intersections. As you can see this is a quiet little hamlet
snuggled between the Cascades and the Sound. At 6:48PM when I left
the convention center the streets were packed. As I unlocked some
guy, within 25 feet of a door, dropped his cigarette and crushed it.
At that point I went right over and told him that it is a nearly $1,000
fine in the state to do that. Nasty habit ...littering that is.
